When you send an enquiry we collect the details you provide — such as your name, phone number, email, travel date, pickup location and message. We also collect basic website usage data to understand which pages are useful, and when you tap a WhatsApp button we log the page you were on, your IP address, an approximate country and city, and how you reached the site.

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, confirm availability and pricing, and arrange your booking. Usage data helps us improve the site.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to deliver your booking (for example with the assigned driver) or where required by law.

We use a small session identifier to count visits and a security cookie for the admin area. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have sent us by contacting us using the details on the Contact page.

When you send the enquiry form we also record the page you sent it from, how you reached the site (for example a search engine, an advertisement or a link in a message) and your IP address. We use these details to prevent spam, to see which pages and campaigns bring enquiries, and they are included in the email notification we receive about your enquiry.
